Hob #3 - Rule 110

And so the plot thickens. Things will start to pick up from here on in, both with the frequency of updates and the storyline itself. I will be at APE on April 21-22, so if you are in the area, come check it out. We will likely bust out with a live game of Dungeons & Discourse.

Now is a good time for all of you to read Rice Boy by Evan Dahm, because it is possibly the best comic narrative on the internet. A simplicity of design and understated profundity wrapped in an elegant straightforwardness makes Rice Boy a compelling and engaging read.

Secondly, if you are fond of music you should listen to Balthrop, Alabama. Their stylings are charming and whimsical, but at the same time grounded in an emotional depth that I personally find lacking in the mainstream scene. You can download their album for free, so there’s really no excuse for not trying them out. Also, I went to high school with the classy gal who sings in many of their songs. She’s pretty hip.
