So Stumptown was a smashing success! If you saw me there let it be known that I thought you were a pretty cool cat. So far pretty much every DC fan I've met in person has been neat, which makes me happy inside. Also there is apparently some mysterious correlation between Dresden Codak and girls who do aerobics, but I can't figure it out. I hung out mostly with Camille, Yates, Malki! and Sam, but I also met B. Bolt of Nobody Scores! and Lars Brown of North World, both of which were pretty hip cats.
T-shirt sales have done really well, much better than I had hoped, actually! If all goes well my entire income will be generated solely from this site, which means at the end of November Dresden Codak goes full time and weekly! If you haven't bought a shirt yet and still want to you can now and forever! Also I will be offering three new designs some time later this month.
If you ordered a print and haven't gotten yours yet, I'm sorry! The orders have really exploded since I restructured the store and I wasn't really prepared to handle so many at once. That's all sorted out now, though, so if you ordered any prints in the last couple of days,
I'll be at the SPX convention in Maryland Friday and Saturday this week, so if you're in the area you should swing by! I'll be shilling my wares with some swell folks, including Maki, Yates and Nick Gurewitch of the Perry Bible Fellowship!
